Log houses with central chimneys, such as this example, are unusual in Washington County. Note the two front entrances, sometimes an indication that a house was used as a tavern or shop as well as a residence. The wood shingled roof and porch are reconstructed. Location. T631 one and one-half miles west of Route 519, North Strabane Township.
